When it comes to make up stockists, there's a lot out there. Let's make no mistake in that. You can buy make up from corner shops these days, and while you're at the supermarket too. There's no shortage of places to pick up a new product or two. So in order for specialist and dedicated stockists to stand out, they have to really up their game. As a beauty blogger who is OBSESSED with make up, I'm forever finding and searching out new places to buy my favourite brands. I like to shop about, what can I say! And sometimes, just sometimes I stumble upon an absolute gem. The recent of which is Love Makeup.

There's A New Beauty Sponge In Town

When it comes to make-up tools, we all have our trusty favourites. We'll likely try new brands, new products and special tools for specific roles, but how often do we completely abandon our fail safe brands in replace of another? For me to replace a trusty product - whether a make-up applicator or product itself, it has to be outstanding. I've used a lot of amazing products over the years, but to push previous Holy Grail's aside and replace them, something has to truly shine and do it's job to an outstanding level.

When it comes to beauty, I'm a counter brand taste with a penchant for drugstore too. Basically I love all cosmetics - from the very high end products to the drugstore staples constantly bursting onto the market. No more are the high end brands ruling the roost, drugstore brands are producing goodies with that x-factor we make-up addicts love - but at a fraction of the price. Suddenly they're on an even par and I love it, it's like there's a competition where there wasn't really a competition at all before.

Mean Girls. Still one of the greatest chick-flicks ever made. I loved it then, and I love it now. And if I ever have a daughter, we'll be watching it together in her teens. It's like a right of passage as a teenage girl isn't it?! I feel like every girl lives vicariously through it as it features the full spectrum of teenage troubles...with some amazing one liners thrown in along the way. One liners so good we still use them now. And if you don't, well, "Boo, you Whore."
